ADA Paratransit Certification Process Anyone who needs a deviation or special accommodations and is not able to ride the fixed routes will need to apply for ADA Paratransit Certification. The Americans with Disability Act, requires that we have a certification process to ensure people with disabilities are not discriminated against and have the same opportunity that the general public have accessing public transit. Office hours arel change to 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Phones will be turned off from 12:00 – 12:30 calls received before noon will be submitted for the next day.
